Branch Manager OpportunityFor over 30 years, Sun Loan Company has been a trusted financial resource in over 200 communities, across seven states in the US, and seven locations in Mexico.Sun Loan Company is currently seeking a reliable and ambitious Branch Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Branch Manager, you will be at the center of company operations and expected to lead and branch operations, drive performance, and foster client and team relationships to achieve business objectives. The role also includes conducting performance evaluations, scheduling staffing efficiently, and promoting the organization through community engagement. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, provide excellent leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a commitment to the organization's values.Responsibilities:Manage daily office operationsMaintain compliance with policies and proceduresBe a leader and mentor and accountable for training and development Loan SpecialistsCreate a culture that encourages growth, learning and successEvaluate financial statements and drive profitabilityEstablishes performance goalsProfessionally handle adverse customer situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return businessApprove, reject or coordinate all loan applicationsAssist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections callsTax preparation (may vary by location)Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businessesWork closely with team members to achieve branch goalsRequirements:Loan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years' prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industriesMust have a valid drivers' license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insuranceSome local travel may be required for team meetings (up to 5%)Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (Nov - March 2025).
