A rapidly growing clinical research site network is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join its Denver, Colorado team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CRC who enjoys a fast-paced, patient-facing research environment and wants to work across a diverse portfolio of clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating clinical trials from start-up through close-out, with a genuine focus on patient care, recruitment, data quality and study execution

.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, GCP and applicable regulations.
• Conduct patient-facing study visits, including screening, enrollment, follow-up and end-of-study visits .
• Support patient recruitment, prescreening, scheduling and retention activities.
• Perform and document clinical procedures including:
• Vital signs
• 12-lead ECGs
• Phlebotomy / blood draws
• Specimen processing and shipment
• Medication administration, where applicable
• Collection of medical history and source documentation
• Maintain accurate and complete source documentation and study records.
• Complete EDC entries and respond to data queries within required timelines.
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, sponsors, CROs and other study stakeholders.
• Ensure study activities remain compliant with GCP, FDA regulations, protocols and SOPs .
• Support monitoring visits, audits and inspection readiness.
• Manage study supplies, investigational product accountability and laboratory requirements where applicable.
• Identify and escalate protocol deviations, safety concerns and operational issues.
• Maintain strong communication with study participants throughout the clinical trial journey.#

Ideal Background

• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator within a clinical research site.
• Experience working directly with study participants in a busy research environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial processes .
• Hands-on experience with vital signs, ECGs and phlebotomy strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting patient recruitment and retention.
• Ability to manage multiple protocols and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative site team.
• Experience across Phase I–IV clinical trials is highly desirable.
• Exposure to areas such as metabolic, cardiology, CNS, respiratory, infectious disease or vaccine research would be advantageous.
