Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Epic-certified Analysts to support a major Epic go-live initiative within a large healthcare organization. The team is hiring across multiple Epic applications and is looking for candidates with experience supporting Epic build, configuration, optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Candidates will work closely with operational, clinical, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and ongoing support of Epic applications. Previous go-live, implementation, optimization, or upgrade experience is highly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
• Epic Certification in one or more of the listed applications
• 3+ years of Epic Analyst, Healthcare IT, or Application Support experience
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, workflow analysis, testing, and optimization • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, or business stakeholders • Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Previous Epic go-live experience
• Experience with workflow optimization initiatives
$60 to $70
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
