To support a growing virtual weight management program, the full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will assess and monitor patients' nutritional status, provide medical nutrition therapy, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess and monitor nutritional status, adjusting care based on scientific literature and clinical evaluations Provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans Communicate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into comprehensive patient care Required qualifications Bachelor's degree if RD before 1/1/2024; Master's degree if RD on or after 1/1/2024 Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for RD/LDN registry, with state licensure required Specialty certification (e.g., CDCES, CNSC) may be required based on department needs Knowledge of growth and development principles relevant to diverse patient populations Experience in providing nutrition education and counseling
