What You'll Do - Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments - including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy - with the time, tools, and support you need to deliver your best work
- Create a welcoming, centered treatment environment that allows both you and your guests to feel grounded and cared for
- Stay informed and confident in all spa services, wellness treatments, retail products, and hotel amenities through ongoing training and shared team knowledge
- Educate guests at your own professional pace, offering thoughtful guidance on products, wellness benefits, and at-home care
- Engage with guests in a warm, respectful, and professional manner, building rapport in ways that feel natural to your style
- Maintain treatment rooms and service areas with the support of a team that values shared responsibility and a clean, safe workspace
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality while also receiving the organizational support needed to maintain your own professional boundaries
- Participate in additional responsibilities that align with your strengths and contribute to a positive team environment
What You'll Bring - Current Indiana Massage Therapist (LMT) licensure
- 2+ years of massage or spa experience preferred, but we welcome therapists at all stages who are committed to growth
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a desire to continue developing your skills
- Strong communication abilities and a natural talent for building trust and comfort with guests
- A warm, grounded, and professional presence that contributes to a supportive team culture
- Sound judgment, respect for confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical practice
- Physical ability to perform services comfortably, with accommodations available as needed
